Eve Excel 1.8.51

Updated inventory data for the addin, we no longer consuming a invTypes.csv file from fuzzworks but instead directly from the SDE, parsed down to english only fields. Also moved couple of dependencies from .csv files to SDE .yaml files. Not a complete update, but inching towards better SDE consumption. This should enable updates for SDE data to be more snappy in the future. .INVENTORYSEARCH benefits the most from this update, as now new ores and items are searchable.
